GRASi® CH228 This product is high quality paper waterproof agent with nano technology,it is safety,environmentally friendly and breathable.

Features

Can resist oil grease ,stain.Keep proper moisture content of paper, prevent paper damp ,wrinkling and mildew.Improve the durability of paper (anti yellowing).Residual on paper surface will less than 0.2%(dry weight of paper)
Treated paper is super hydrophobic and retain their original appearance,will not affect the general writing.

Applications

Provide protection for all kinds of paper material like paper industrial goods, paper art, carton for mounting liquid tank, the important paper and documents. Notice: If there is a need for food grade paper, please follow the local food standards in various regions to do a test.

Properties

Application Instruction

Material surface must be clean and dry.
Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15 cm distance away; or airless sprayer is suitable.
Apply the material on substrate until it’s thoroughly saturated.
Don't put it to moisture , and dry it in natural air. After full curing time at 24 hours, it will form an outstanding hydrophobic ,oil proof effect.
Advise to do a test when the temperature is between 0℃- 40℃（32-104°F）.
Maximum coverage per liter is 10-20 square meters, but depends on paper density.

Store in sealed status for 18 months, cool and dry place below 40℃.（104°F）
Avoid contact by kids.
Keep away from flame and heat.
