GRASi® CH227 - High-Performance Type

GRASi® CH227 super energy hard protectant, mainly use for the metal structure anti oxidation of buildings in the environment that is easily corroded and polluted, the anti graffiti of concrete and brick wall, the waterproof and anti fouling of large glass doors and windows, the surface protection of all kinds of base materials, such as the objects of glass steel structure products, and the surface protection layer of the nanoscale active components . It has super antisepsis, smoothness and hydrophobicity.

Application Instruction

The surface of the protected product should be cleaned and dried. The spraying, brushing and soaking methods are workable.
For flat work pieces, the surface of the object is sprayed uniformly, or it can be sprayed on the surface of the object and then evenly coated with a clean high-density sponge.-For small objects, you can use the immersion method for3-5 seconds, just remove and drain.
This product is used in building cement brick and tile products 4 - 15 square meters / liter; High density products such as metal or glass, 80 - 100 square meters / liter.(depends on the density of material compactness.) The important parts can be repeated over 2 times.
The surface can be completely cured in 36-48 hours at room temperature, which can achieve excellent hydrophobic slip protection.When the temperature of the curing oven is 60-100°C, the surface can be completely cured in 15-30minutes, which can achieve excellent hydrophobic slip protection.
