GRASi® WH6982 is an emulsion-enhanced waterproofing penetrant, specifically developed to provide waterproof performance for porous building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, cement, concrete, bricks, tiles, roofing tiles, building insulation materials, and lightweight composite building materials.

Its nano-scale active ingredients can deeply penetrate into the substrate and bind with it, forming a permeable protective layer on the surface. With its ultra-low surface tension, it offers excellent waterproofing and rapid beading effects.

Application Instruction

GRASi® WH6982 is a ready-to-use penetrating waterproofing agent suitable for spraying, brushing, soaking, or rolling applications.

The surface of the material must be clean and dry.
Spray using appropriate low pressure at a distance of 10-15 cm.
Apply the material onto the substrate until fully soaked. For medium- to high-density substrates, wipe off excess liquid with a soft cloth 5-10 minutes after application.
Do not place treated materials in damp or rainy areas; allow them to air dry naturally. Once the surface is dry, subsequent treatments can be carried out.
Upon complete curing, it will form excellent hydrophobic properties.
The application temperature should be between 2-45°C (35.6-113°F).
The maximum coverage is 4-5 square meters per liter, depending on the density of the substrate.
