GRASi WH6979

GRASi® WH6979 is a water-based, penetrating water repellent for negative-side waterproofing that can chemically react with free alkali in concrete to form stable crystalline colloids, which can effectively block microcracks and capillary pores inside the concrete. This increases the density and compressive strength of the concrete structure, thereby providing better waterproofing performance and durability.

At the same time, it can effectively prevent corrosion of concrete by acidic substances, oil stains, and grease.

Features

This product can fully contact with concrete and completely penetrate into the concrete structure to achieve a good waterproof effect.
The treated substrate has excellent waterproof safety and can integrate with the concrete structure.
It can be applied on damp concrete surfaces, especially suitable for construction on the negative side; the penetration depth can reach 20-30 millimeters, and it can also repair cracks of 0.2-0.4 millimeters.
After penetrating the substrate surface, it can achieve a hydrophobic and waterproof effect without changing the surface tension.
Chemically bonded, frost-resistant, resistant to high and low temperatures, environmentally friendly, safe, and provides long-lasting protection.

Application Instruction

GRASi® WH6979

Ensure the concrete base is clean and dense, with surface cracks less than 0.2-0.4 mm.
The concrete surface must be moist, but without standing water.
Spray evenly at low pressure to a mirror finish, with an application of 4-5 liters per square meter per time; spray twice with an interval of 16-24 hours.
