GRASi® WB5030 Waterproof & brightening consolidate protective agent is suitable for surface reinforcement waterproof and moisture-proof of all kinds of cement products. It has stable sealing and fungus-proof protective coating, and significantly enhances the surface luster.

The active ingredients which is nano-size penetrate deeply into the substrates and bond with them, form penetration protective layer on the surface. With super low surface tension, it boosts excellent water repellency and fast beading action.

Applications

It is very suitable for the surface protection of cement products, especially for the consolidation and
brightening effect of sand filling at the joints of multi-void base materials such as cultural stones, color bricks and tiles, pavement bricks and pavement bricks.

Application Instruction

GRASi® WB5030 is ready to use penetrating water repellent, spraying, brushing or soaking are suitable for application.

Material surface must be clean and dry .
Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away. · Apply the material on substrate until it‘s thoroughly saturated.
It can be air-dried without wet water within 24 hours.
Complete curing can produce excellent protection effect of brightening and strengthening cement products.
Don't put the treated material to moisture or rain place, dry in natural air. When the surface is dry, further treatment can be followed.
After complete curing, it will form an outstanding hydrophobicity.
Use when the temperature is between 2℃- 45℃（35.6- 113。F） .
Maximum coverage per liter is 4-5 square meters, but depends on substrate density.
