GRASi® CH123

GRASi® CH123 is a high effective waterproof agent developed to provide water repellency for electrical products. New generation nano-silicon compound is used to give a protective layer on the surface. It will reduce the surface energy obviously, it boosts excellent water repellency and fast beading action.

The active ingredients are mixture of different particle sizes including nano-particle ensuring good penetration for durability as well as good surface coverage for beading effect. With chemical bonds of substrates, it will provide long lasting protection.

Application Instruction

Material surface must be clean and dry.
Spraying, brushing and soaking can be used. Spray with suitable low pressure, 10-15cm distance away or airless sprayer is suitable for this application
Apply the material on substrate until it’s thoroughly saturated.
Don’t put it to moisture or rain and dry it in natural air. After full curing time at 24 hours, it will form an outstanding hydrophobic, oil proof effect.
Advise to do a test when the temperature is between 2-45°C (35.6-113°F)
Maximum coverage is 80-100 square meters per liter.

(But depends on the density of various substrates.).

Keep sealed and store in cool and dry place, use within 18 months.
