GRASi® WH6983 is a nano-penetrating waterproofing agent specifically developed to provide waterproofing performance for porous building materials such as aerated concrete blocks, cement, concrete, tiles, roofing tiles, building insulation materials, and lightweight composite building materials.

Its nano-scale active ingredients can deeply penetrate and bond with the substrate, forming a penetrating protective layer on the surface. With its ultra-low surface tension, it offers excellent waterproofing and rapid beading effects.

Applications

Suitable for cement-based substrates that require waterproofing, such as concrete and mortar. It is also suitable for various concrete and cement structures, including bridge projects, ports, docks, airport aprons, highway pavements, overpasses, parking lots, warehouses, cold storage, urban squares, garages, interior and exterior wall finishes of buildings, and roofs.

Application Instruction

GRASi® WH6983 is a ready-to-use penetrating waterproofing agent.

The material surface must be clean and dry.
Suitable for spraying, brushing, soaking, or rolling application. Please apply under natural ventilation conditions.
Use appropriate low pressure for spraying, with a distance of 10-15 cm.
Apply the material to the substrate until fully saturated. For medium to high-density substrates, wipe off excess liquid with a soft cloth 5-10 minutes after application.
Treated materials should not be placed in damp or rainy areas and should air dry naturally. Subsequent treatments can be performed once the surface is dry.
After full curing, it will achieve excellent hydrophobic effect.
Application temperature should be between 2-45℃ (35.6-113°F).
Maximum coverage per liter is 4-12 square meters, depending on the density of the substrate.
